LESIZWE Moscato-Chenin Blanc 2023

Cultivar: 

85% Muscat Blanc, 15% Chenin Blanc.

Winemakers Note:    

Muscat aromas define this wine. The fruit is immediate and opulent. 
Chenin Blanc adds some substance to the palate. On the palate the wine is sweet without being cloying. Its Muscat flavours carries through to the taste and lingers in the mouth.

Slanghoek, South Africa.

Vinification:

Cold fermentation with selected yeast strains is applied to optimise
the production of fruity aroma esters and enhance the elegant aftertaste of the wine.

Food pairing:

Creamy chicken or pork dishes, meatier flaky fish and rich seafood.
