Cultivar:
40% Petit Verdot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot.
Winemakers Note:
This blend shows a dark, plum red colour. Ripe, cherry aromas and macerated fruits identify the nose. The wood influence is obvious but not overpowering and adds a nutty flavour. On the palate the wine is chocolatey and rich with smooth tannins and a rounded finish.

Coastal Region, South Africa.
Vinification:
The different cultivars are harvested and vinified separately and the blend is only made after the individual wines have been made. All the wines have been fermented in stainless steel tanks with the aid of selected yeast strains and the resulting blend was infused with French oak chips for a period of 18 months.
Food pairing:
This wine will pair well with a venison steak, braized lamb shank, pizza, pulled
pork or cheeseburgers.
